Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH (PGP), Germany’s leading manufacturer of occupational skin care products including wipes, has acquired Dreumex B.V., a Dutch company

known globally for its industrial hand cleaners, disinfectants and hygiene solutions. Founded in 1960, Dreumex has built a strong reputation in professional hand hygiene and disinfection with subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France, and the U.S., serving customers in over 50 countries worldwide.

As part of the acquisition, Peter Greven U.S. Corporation will move its operations into Dreumex USA, Inc. facilities, while retaining both the independent brand products and business activities. This will ensure a seamless experience for customers and suppliers of both companies with no disruptions during the transition.
